KAPA SYBR® FAST qPCR Master Mix contains a novel DNA polymerase engineered to perform optimally in stringent qPCR reaction conditions. It exhibits dramatic improvements in signal-to-noise ratio (fluorescence), cycle threshold (Ct), linearity and sensitivity.
