Thar Technologies unveils new Prep SFC

Thar Technologies, Inc., the only company providing analytical, prep and process SFC equipment to the pharmaceutical industry, unveiled a new product for small-scale purification of both chiral and achiral compounds.

The 2006 SFC Prep 70 II, now comes standard with new software modules such as the Stacked Injection Builder, new reporting features and an Open Access option.

On the hardware side, Thar introduced new communications capabilities, a new dual-valve injection module, and a completely new fraction collection scheme.

Thar now offers up to 12 safe, smaller, stainless steel high pressure collectors that provide continuous draining, greater recoveries and easier clean-up. "The new SFC Prep 70 proves that we are committed to taking customer feedback and acting upon it, remarked Dr. Lalit Chordia, President and CEO of Thar.
