TEFLabs Presents New Asante Line of Next Generation Ion Indicators

Asante NaTRIUM Green is an effective visible spectrum cytosolic sodium indicator, with fluorescence excitation and emission maxima at 517 nm and 540 nm respectively. Testing has shown that Asante NaTRIUM Green (ANG) properties include: • Good fluorescent signal on the microscope • Cytosolic fluorescence • Signal stability (no bleaching or dye loss) for more than 1h at 37°C • Excellent S/N of fluorescence • Greater than 18-fold response to sodium upon saturation • Compatible with 488 nm excitation
