Tecan has established direct operations in India with a dedicated sales and specialist service team based in Gurugram, near New Delhi. The new Tecan India entity will support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic and diagnostic customers across the country, strengthening local collaboration, customer engagement and responsive service in one of the world’s fastest-growing life sciences markets.

Strengthening Tecan’s presence in the Indian life sciences market

The launch of Tecan India was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new office in Gurugram, reflecting the strategic importance of India as a hub for innovation, clinical research and healthcare development.

For more than a decade, Tecan has supported customers in India through its distributor partner Bioscreen. With the establishment of a direct presence, Tecan will continue to collaborate closely with Bioscreen, combining the distributor’s local market expertise with Tecan’s enhanced, on-the-ground customer engagement and technical support.
