Transcript RNA Clean Up Kit是用于体外转录合成RNA的纯化试剂盒。本试剂盒采用了核酸(DNA/RNA) 制备膜技术，操作快速简单，整个操作只需5分钟，可以除去转录反应液中的盐、底物、酶蛋白以及DNase处理后的DNA分解物等杂质。
本试剂盒的操作分三步：
① RNA和Silica Membrane的结合；② 洗净结合于Silica Membrane上的RNA；③ 洗脱与Silica Membrane结合的RNA。
试剂盒中的Spin Column上的Silica Membrane可与RNA高度特异性结合。当将体外转录反应液加入至Spin Column中后，通过离心分离，可以将RNA吸附于Silica Membrane上， 除去含有杂质的溶液。再通过Spin Column的洗净，RNA的洗脱(使用RNase free dH2O) 等操作后，得到的RNA溶液可用于制备siRNA Cocktail的底物、制作RNA Probe、用于RT-PCR扩增等。
本试剂盒同时也可以用于纯化其他溶液中的RNA等。
注意：使用本试剂盒回收的RNA长度在200 bases以上。
