New Microporation System Makes it Easy to Transfect Difficult Cell Lines

New technology from BTX has been developed to make difficult to transfect cells easy i.e. MEF, Brain Astrocytes and Stem Cells (hMSC).
Protocols have yielded > 91% transfection efficiency.
The BTX OneDrop System does not use standard cuvettes rather a patented sampling capillary as the electroporation chamber.
The system can generate a uniform electric field in the tip, making the pipette tip functionally equal to an electroporation cuvette, but superior in efficiency and ease of use.
