Leica Biosystems has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire StatLab Medical Products (StatLab). The acquisition, expected to close by the end of 2026, will integrate StatLab into Leica Biosystems to expand and strengthen anatomic pathology workflows for cancer diagnostics worldwide.
