Introducing the New EXP 2 Fittings

Optimize Technologies, a leading provider of premium HPLC parts and consumables, is proud to introduce the EXP® 2 line of UHPLC fittings featuring the titanium hybrid Ti-LOK® ferrules for 1/16” and 1/32” PEEKsil™ tubing. The EXP® 2 male fittings feature a 3/16” hex head with a removable slotted knurled wrench for hand tightening to over 15,000 psi, depending on the tubing I.D.

For example, 50µm PEEKsil™ tubing can be hand tightened to over 20,000 psi. EXP® 2 Ti-Lok fittings are available individually, as ten packs and as kits with EXP® 2 nuts, Ti-LOK® ferrules and PEEKsil™ tubing. The 3/16” hex head nuts fit tight spaces such as sample injection valves column couplers and column ovens. Uses include Nano and UHPLC connections as well as sample loops.
