This poster evaluates the TransIT-X2™ Dynamic Delivery System, a novel, non-liposomal polymeric delivery system designed to facilitate high efficiency and functional delivery of plasmid DNA and/or siRNA. An extensive head-to head comparison with a popular liposomal reagent is described and functional co-delivery of plasmid DNA and siRNA and functional delivery of siRNA and miRNA are assessed to demonstrate dual abilities of this system.
