Reliable and Flexible Purification of RNA

This application note describes a flexible automated method for purification of RNA from cells and tissue samples, provided by Tecan and MACHEREY-NAGEL. The method uses MACHEREY-NAGEL’s NucleoMag 96 RNA kit and the Freedom EVO workstation from Tecan for fast extraction of highly pure RNA.
