Scientific Poster: A novel protein digestion workflow for the analysis of surrogate peptides by LC-MS/MS

In this poster, Tecan presents a novel protein digestion workflow to increase the efficiency of the pellet digestion protocol using Control Flow Plate (CFP), Narrow Bore Extraction Plate (NBEP), and the SMART Digest Kit. The poster highlights a specially designed Flow Control Tube format which promises to eliminate centrifugation steps and allows the protein denaturation and digestion steps to be performed in a single tube.
