Application Note: Increasing Western Blotting Assay Efficiency with Four-Color Detection

Until now, western blot multiplexing technology has enabled simultaneous detection of up to two spectrally-shifted fluorophores on a single blot. This application note describes how the Azure Biosystems Sapphire Biomolecular Imager can effectively detect and quantify four fluorophores for even greater assay efficiency.
