A Validated Method for Counting PBMCs

3 Jun 2019

Primary cell samples are challenging to accurately quantify and qualify viability using traditional cell counting methods. In addition to the inherent variability in counting between human operators, PBMCs are difficult to discern from red blood cells (RBCs). This application note describes a robust method for PBMC enumeration on the automated CellDrop FL cell counter.
