Heart sections
I have used TRPV4 antibody on mouse heart sections and cardiomyocytes, although I have used antibodies from alamone which didn't work in heart sections. this antibody works well.

TRPV4 expression
I have achieved high quality results using this product. The amount of protein needed for a western blot is a lot less than other antibodies I have tried, which is very helpful. We also get very specific bands.
