Troponin I cardiac Antibody
Troponin I (cardiac muscle) is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. Troponin I binds to actin and tropomyosin. Defects in Troponin I are the cause of cardiomyopathies characterized by ventricular anomalies.

We used the cardiac troponin antibody to detect it through lateral flow assays. Using competitive binding, we were able to successfully conjugate it.
