This antibody is very useful in a variety of techniques to identify the Sptlc2.
Flow cytometry, western blotting
This antibody shows a very clear and specific band at 55 kDa in immunoblotting experiments, representing the Sptlc2 protein. Very little total protein is needed to successfully identify Sptlc2 when using this antibody. It works for several cell lines, inclduing different T cell and macrophage cell lines. Also in flow cytometry this antibody can be used very efficiently.
