Immunohistomistry chemistry
We used this Immunogen affinity purified Maspin antibody in our paraffin mounted biopsy slides. The antibody is very clean and specific. We were able to get our slides stained with out any background. We used around 1:150 dilution of the antibody for primary and 1: 350 dilution of the secondary. Novus has an awesome tech support.
