Very reproducible results
Immunohistochemistry
This Reelin antibody is extremely sensitive and works really well with Citrate Buffer antigen retrieval. The outcome gives minimal background with a very convincing signal to noise ratio. I do, however, advise to alter the recommended protocol by using high fixed sections followed by citrate antigen retrieval.
