Not a good performance with a lot of variability.
Western Blot
Results are not high quality and not reproducible. The western blot is not clean, and sometimes the band is not even at the right molecular weight. We tried different concentration, although Cell Signaling suggest a regular 1:1000 dilution. Most of the time the result is just a BLOB on the membrane, really difficult to interpret. Other times it appears clear and in the right position, although we use same lysates of the same cells lines. Not sure if this is a problem of all the Stem Markers antibody, because we had the same problem with OCT-4 and Nanog antibodies.
