Western blotting
Currently, there is nothing I can rely on other than this antibody, so I usually use it. Off-targets are not detected in the cytoplasmic fraction, but in the nuclear fraction, which is shown in the supplementary data of the paper (https://doi.org/10.1042/BSR20194012). The specificity of the antibody is only relative. We believe it is important to disclose accurate information to users.
