Antibody clearly detected.
Western blot
The targeted protein is perfectly seen, however you need to run 7% PAGE-SDS gels, because if not, there will be several other bands. On the other hand I have seen that is perfect for different tissues; we work with brain and adipose tissue and the protein is clearly detected.
