Good to stain alternatively activated macrophages
Flow Cytometry
I used the anti CD206 Ab from Biolegend to stain alternatively activated macrophages (AAM). The antibody is highly specific with very little to no back ground. This antibody is highly recommended to stain AAMs and to distinguish AAM from monocytic myeloid derived suppressor cells.
