A very good antibody for IF staining of pTrkA. One of the few commercially available.

Application Area:

Western blotting, immunofluorescence

High specificity: Staining of neurons only following stimulation with the TrkA specific ligand NGF, undetectable in untreated neurons. Sensitivity: The antibody also stains neurons with low levels of pTrkA expression. Quality: Very high for the tested rodents tissues and cells.
