Nice signal, minimal background.
Flow cytometry
I used this to detect binding of an Fc-fusion protein to the surface of transduced cells. It was able to detect binding when a full length antibody from BD failed. I got a very good signal with minimal background. The only annoying aspect was that I had to dig through a lot of material to find that it's 10uL per test.
