Excellent quality and sensitivity.
Immunohistochemistry
Used in fresh frozen post fixed mouse brain sections at 1:2000 dilution, secondary was biotinylated anti-mouse at 1:1000 visualisation with DAB. Good contrast between background and specific staining using heat induced antigen retrieval followed by standard IHC protocol (H2O2 and NSB blocks, 1AB, 2AB, ABC, DAB).
