Performs well without a lot of variability.
Flow Cytometry
We find that this Thy1.1 antibody is very bright and specific for Thy1.1. We use it at a 1:500 dilution which is much higher a dilution than most of our other antibodies. We also see that there is very little cross reactivity with the Thy1.2 protein.
