Consistent and cleanly staining antibody.
Flow Cytometry
Used in combination with B220 (CD45RA) antibody to detect germinal center B cells in the spleen. Consistently stains for the expected population of GL7-high expressing cells. Population is comparable to staining with traditional markers PNA and Fas.
