Very good antibody
Flow cytometry
We used a 1:50 dilution (2 µg/ml) to test the purity of primary epithelial cells isolated from lung tissue. This antibody stains epithelial cells but not fibroblasts (main contamination), easy to use, simple one-step staining protocol (Fc block and Live/dead stain in antibody solution included)
