Good mouse perforin antibody for flow cytometry
Flow Cytometry
Finally an antibody against murine perforin that works for flow cytometry. Stained single cell suspensions from lymph node, spleen, and liver for perforin expression by T cells. Very nice shift particularly for CD8 T cells following viral infection, but not in naive mice. Used at approximately 0.07 micrograms per 2 million cells staining for 30 minutes at 4 degrees using standard intracellular staining protocol and buffers.
