Weak peak-shift
Flow Cytometory
It is well-known that CD3e is highly expressed on the cell surface of all T cells. However, the peak-shift of this antibody is not so great as some other lineage markers like CD45, CD4, CD8 etc. This kind of weak peak-shift makes me difficult to exclude unnecessary populations from my samples and you need further markers to correctly isolate T cells. It is quite a bit annoying.
