Very bright antibody that provides consistent results
Flow Cytometry
This antibody is very bright and defines the human V delta 2 gamma delta T cell population very easily when staining PBMCs isolated from blood. I use it in combination with a CD3 antibody to define the percentage of cells within the T cell subset. I have titrated my current stock at 1:400 dilution so it is also very good value for money. The results are consistent and reliable so thoroughly recommended.
