Flow cytometry
Tim3 is protein expressed by activated and exhausted T cells. The anti-human Tim3 antibody from BioLegend (2E2 clone) is very specific to track specific cell populations. It does not have background when used with fresh PBMCs or frozen samples. The protocol provided by BioLegend is accurate to get a good cell surface staining.
