Consistency and good intensity
flow cytometry/sorting
I have been using the Ab CRTH2 in repetitive blood samples and the consistency of the staining is really good in terms of frequencies and intensity. Really happy about that. The only "but" is the necessity to use room temperature during the incubation what make this Ab to have an "extra" step in the staining.
