Performs well and without a lot of variability
flow cytometry
Results are high quality and repeatable. Staining is bright giving also good distinction between expressing and non-expressing cells. It is easy to use. Surface staining can be done in less than 30min on ice and is fixable in 3% formaldehyde without any noticeable effects. Cells can be read same day or next day (even longer) after fixation.
