Western blotting
PARP antibody is highly specific and sensitive for western blotting cancer cell lines. However, apart from 89 and 24 kDa band profiles, nonspecific band profiles can be prevented by appropriate dilution. The product website gives very detailed pieces of information about the antibody and figures which show the band profile of the antibody in various cell lines.
