Very good signal for my rare subset of CD14 population when I do a FACS sort
Flow cytometry
I use CD14 on whole blood as well as PBMC. I stain for 30 minutes and wash 1 time with PBS. I then FACS Sort using a FACS Aria. The subset of CD14 population is very rare and I get very good signal.
