Immunohistochemistry
This fluorescent DNA dye is very easy to use. For sections, just incubate 15 min before you mount your slides (I use 1:1000 dilution in 1XPBS). For whole mount staining, incubate 2-3 days depending on how big the tissue is (I stain 3 days for E10.5 mouse embryos, 1:1000 dilution in 1XPBS, with 0.1% triton-X100).
