Western Blot
We used this P-S6 antibody to address the mTOR activity in cancer line cells. About the effectiveness of the antibody, it shows to be a high quality tool for Western blot assays. You obtain great blots using very little amounts. Also, it shows a great specificity for the P-S6 protein without others bands and the MW is correct. You could reuse it for others blots. I recommend it if you need to perform Wester blot assays.
