Histone H3K27me3 rabbit antibody (pAb)
Histone H3 is one of the core components of the nucleosome, the basic building block of chromatin. By recruiting the Polycomb protein (through its chromodomain) trimethylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 facilitates epigenetic silencing of developmentally regulated genes and the formation of facultative heterochromatin.
