Excellent antibody for flow cytometry
Flow Cytometry
I routinely used BioLegend's anti-mouse CD127 antibody in my studies to phenotype tissue resident T cells over the course of viral infection. I was pleased with the reagent's low background and lot-consistent staining profile. While I primarily used a FITC conjugated version, other colors I tried worked just as well. BioLegend continues to offer excellent research antibodies at reasonable prices. I look forward to purchasing additional antibodies from them in the future.
