Performs well with clear results
Western Blot
We used this antibody as a faster method to see our protein loading concentrations. Instead of incubating overnight, we incubate for 1 hr at room temp. The sensitivity and specificity were comparable to our other actin controls (overnight incubation with secondary HRP antibody). We used a 1:80000 dilution with about 20 micrograms of protein loaded.

Western blot
This antibody is easy to handle, it has decent sensitivity, we use them as a control to test in vivo protein degradation, the result is clean and clear.
