Spectral cytometry

I used this to target the phenotype antibody secretory cells (CD27hi CD38hi) inside the memory B cells population. Extremely happy with the results. I use a lower concentration than the manufacturer says cause this is a bright antibody. Definitely, one of the best combinations ever.
