CCR-3 Antibody
C-C chemokine receptor type 3 (CCR-3) is a receptor for C-C type chemokine. CCR-3 binds to eotaxin, eotaxin-3, MCP-3, MCP-4, RANTES and MIP-1 delta. The activation of CCR-3 subsequently transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level. CCR-3 is an alternative coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1 infection. Overexpression of CCR-3 together with its ligands appears to be a characteristic of ulcerative colitis (UC). The production of CCR-3 ligands by human colonic epithelial cells suggests further that the epithelium can play a role in modulating pathological T cell-mediated mucosal inflammation.

Performs well without variability
Western blot
I achieved results I needed. I would advice to use the minimum dilution recommended to have higher signal and expose the membrane less time. It has worked on lymphoid cell lines and patient monocyte samples, the results are included in article we submitted with the lab.
