Well defined epithelial cell population
Flow cytometry
We use the CD326 BV650 antibody to selectively sort intestinal epithelial cells in a flow cytometry cocktail of 12 colors and it works well in combination will all other markers. The gating is easy as the intensity of fluorescence is good.
