Great antibody, very clear separation between negative and positive cells.
Flow Cytometry
I used this antibody to label and distinguish phenotypic hematopoietic stem cells from mouse bone marrow samples. After collection, samples were RBC lysed, and stained with Brilliant Violet 421 anti-mouse CD117 using 1ul of antibody to stain 2 million of cells. After 30 minutes, cells were washed and analyzed by Flow Cytometry. The staining works very well, the separation between CD117 negative and positive cells is very clear due to a bright signal from the antibody and the results are consistent across experiments. Highly recommended antibody.
