Perform wonderful staining without any variation from lot to lot and this is the only clone will give a very nice separation of T cell subsets with CD45RA.
Flow cytometry
This is a very good monoclonal antibody for CCR7 staining. I had lot of difficulties to get T cell subsets due to poor quality of staining and in separation of subsets, Mostly I need to make judgement to draw the gate to quantitate the T subsets. When I came across this product (Brilliant Violet 421™ anti-human CD197 (CCR7) (353208)) the data sheet showed a nice staining and just I wanted to check this and it was amazing and I have been using this one from that day.
