Bcl-6 Antibody, anti-human/mouse is a monoclonal antibody with high specificity to detect Bcl6 which si highly regulated in B cells after T cell-dependent antigenic challenge, and is required for formation of germinal centers within which B cells undergo immunoglobulin affinity maturation. It can be found either as primary antibody or recombinanet one. In my case I had to use it as primary antibody in small sample size for intracellular flow cytometry (ICFC).
