Does not stain for canine B2M.
Application Area:
Immunohistochemistry
I attempted to use this antibody to stain B2M in a canine cell line. This antibody was advertised with a species reactivity to "Canine, Gallus, Human, Rabbit." I performed a poly-HRP stain with this antibody on a canine cell line and no positive staining was noted. I would not recommend using this antibody to stain for canine specific B2M.
