very bright with good stability

This antibody works very well. This new fluorochrome is better than APC CY7 or APCH7. The APC Fire750 is a lot brighter than the APC H7. Moreover, the stability is very good with overnight fixation whereas APC CY7 is not. This is an excellent fluorochrome providing a good alternative to the defect of APCH7 and APCCy7.

nice and bright and stable
Flow Cytometry
I'm more interested in the fluorochrome than the antibody here. The APC Fire 750 is quite bright and stable and seems to be a very valid replacement for the traditional ACP Cy7 tandems. I will be switching as many of my panels to include this fluorochrome as I can to improve the stability and sensitivity in the far red detector. I would recommend to anyone that is currently using another APC tandem off of the red laser on their cytometer.
