The possibility of getting reproducible results is really good.
flow cytometry
I have reviewed here only one antibody, but I am using many anti-mouse antibodies like CD8a-FITC, CD44-PE-Cy7, CD44-PerCP, CD80-APC and much more. I am really satisfied with its specificity. And about sensitivity, I mostly got good separation during acquisition which is very important for me as I have to use more than 6 colors every time. I also rely on the quality of the product with the prices, but for one thing, I am not feeling that confident i.e. the concentration. Sometimes I feel that BD's Abs are more concentrated than BioLegend. But, if you ask me about the overall experience, I am satisfied.
